ALRIGHTY!!! Now were talkin!!! You guys know the area better than me..I know where Patken is, Wild Rose and The George Washington Manor is..thats it! Are there any places by the water or something like that..or a park where we could grill and have a big picnic..a hotelwitha pool ? I know the parks in jersey you can rent a license for the day to grill and hang out..some parks you can bring in licqour, some you cant..if we found a park in Long Island where we can bring in licquor..we could hang all day, get some volleyball going..or something..I dont know..I went to a place yesterday on the water with music and it was a nice atmosphere..we could always just meet up at a place like that ..what do you guys think? I bet we could get a discounted rate at a hotel if enough of us booked. Oooohh..Im excited!!

I believe the hampton INN off the LIE exit 63 has an indoor pool. Smithtown Sheraton but not sure what they have. But a decade ago the had a cool bar in the lobby.

a pool in the lobby? COOL! It would be great if we found a hotel witha swim up bar!! YEEEEEEEEAAA Should we maybe post on the main board..maybe someone has a hook somewhere and can get a great deal? What do you think?

Awesome!! How do we plan this? When is good for everyone..I say we find a fun hotel or a nice park for a barbecue..everyone could just bring something..or a fun hang out spot...let me know what you guys think and lets get this started!!

jenny2penny... that sounds like a great idea... as long as the weathers nice.. and we can all bring something to eat, and showcase our cooking talents (or lack there of as in my case..LOL) I can help set things up if you want... Just let me know. But the park idea is really good.

That sounds like a GREAT idea..I dont know where this park is..but I can find it!! Yeah..its great if everyone brings something..do we need to make a resrvation? Can we bring alcohol into this park? I only work three very long days.(.tuesday, wed and thursdays)..Im off on the rest..so I am VERY flexible! You ladies let me know when is good and I will be there !!!
