So who's getting married next?

OK refresh my memory, who's next on the list? We are still 8 months away.

I highly recommend them, ask for Dawn if you go. Tell her you spoke to Debby (the girl with the "big guy").. She also mentioned that they have a bayshore store that also sells used tuxedos around 200 dollars.. depending on whats available. Either I got really lucky..or this is one of the better tuxedo places..the guys got a good price, and my Timothy looked sooo good! I'm getting excited now!!! 3 months to go!

September 29th

My fiance just got fitted for a tux for his friend's wedding and they didn't have shoes in his size (size 15!). Has anyone else had this problem? Is there anywhere that specializes in big & tall sizes?

Thanks! I called Rainbow & the woman was one of the most pleasant people I have spoken with since this whole wedding planning thing started! We are going to an upcoming showcase. If anyone else has any input on Rainbow it would be super appreciated - we are looking for a fun dance band (not gimmicky) that really covers songs well.

Where in Bayside are you getting married? We are getting married at St Kevin's on 3/17/01

I have not done my flowers yet but I am going to check out Kiehl's Flowers by Marie. A friend of mine used them and they were great. They are a few blocks off Bell Blvd. around 48/50 Aves. They are also affiliated with Georgewood Florist on Northern Blvd. We are lucky with flowers - it wont be costly at all (relatively speaking). Our centerpieces are provided by the catering hall. We are getting married during Lent so we cant have flowers in the church. So I just need my bouquet plus 2 attendants and a bunch of boutinierres (sp?) and mothers' corsages. I want to get small hand tied bouquets.

Any suggestions for florists in the area?

Sorry took me so long-- I have heard of Leonard's--good things of course I think I read in anoter posting that you ordered the dress--that is great--I didnt get that feeling either at first but i was there 2 days ago to pick out BM dresses and absolutely love it and cant wait till it comes in-- all we have left--limos and flowers!! thank god-- BM dresses are done-- i still need to pick out flower girl dresses--- we have 5 girls and 2 boys--we just got a condo that i will move into in the next few weeks so now at least we know where we will be living--another thing that i am glad is done good luck with planning laura

All I have to say is the woman at Rabenko is RUDE!!! i called to cancel the appt. and she was giving me the third degree why i didn't want to reschedule. And she was very rude about it. And if she thinks I'd call back after the treatment i received, shes mistaken. She just made my decision easier to make.
