So with only 8 weeks to my sister's shower....

My aunt and I canceled the hall we booked for it and went and booked the Country Club Caterers at the Mill Pond golf course I can't believe we did this, but it's just so much nicer than the place we originally booked for her shower and I have been having reservations. So after I was at a party at the Mill Pond golf club last night, I knew it was the place to have it. It's more money, which is why I'm ready to throw up! but I feel like she is deserving of a beautiful place rather than an okay place.
And to top that, since we procrastinated on the invitations for so long, I decided to make them! FROM SCRATCH! I went out today and bought card stock and vellum and ribbon and they are coming out SO cute. I can't wait to post a picture! Ironically, my sister borrowed my digital camera to go to her make-up trial today, so unless I can scan one, I will have to wait till tomorrow. Just thought I'd share because I am panicking now over all I have to do! But excited too!

Yes, my sister is getting married, too! Her date is April 24. She is exactly 2 months and 9 days before me!

Ok, I think I got a picture to scan of the invites! I obviously didn't print this one yet. It was such a pain to cut all the vellum and what not.
