I don't know if you LI/NYC brides have had social gatherings in the past, but I was thinking about how much fun it would be to have a wedding themed night (or string of weekends). If I hosted one I would probably rent some wedding movies and make a bunch of fruity drinks. Just an idea to throw out...if I get enough people I might try to organize something!

A wedding themed party! That sounds like so much fun!! I love that I can come on here and talk weddings whenever I want... I hate being wedding obsessed around my friends

I agree with being 'wedding obsessed'. I hate talking about it w/ everyone I am sure they are so sick of it! I love it here! My FH is concerned I may go through withdrawls after the wedding
