but do not want video. Which photographers would you say have the closest 'feel' to Imagine? They have such a warmth and originality to their shots. I am looking for mostly photojournalism and would prefer to keep it under 3,000 with negatives and do not need albums. Thoughts?

I would try Silverfox and 12th night even though I cant get a hold of 12th night. Their services are exactly what you are looking for. I have an appt with silverfox this thursday if you want me to fill you in.

You can get a deal with Imagine Studios that's just photo. If I'm remembering correctly, one of their photographers (I think her name is Paula or Paola) does just photo, no video. Try calling to check! Good luck!

I'm not getting a video either. I went with Celebration studios. www.celebrationstudios.com It cost about $3000 for the package (tax included) 2 photographers.

That is weird....Lia (or Lea ?) said that you had to book both with them....her basic photo package was $3600 so with video it was over our budget and she did not mention anything about another photographer that could just do photo....Hmmmmmm?

i liked them too from their stie,b ut didn't persue it b/c we aren't doign vidoe. I went with Silverfox. I also liked perceptions, but they were a little more $ & booked after I saw them , but before i called back.
Silverfox is good if you don't want albums, everything is ala carte.
