SoleMate Heel Protectors

Has anyone ever used these? They're supposed to prevent your heels from digging into grass and whatnot....
I just checked them out on Amazon, though I originally got the idea for them from Mindy Weis's site...the reviews were mixed, some people said they swear by them, some said thy're awful and dont fit any heels...

What do u ladies think??
I wanted to get them for my bridal party so everyone can be comfortable, but now im having second thoughts...
