Co-op are generally less expensive to buy right now. With a co-op you own shares of the building and there is a 'board'. There are some more rules about doing remodeling. We havent had any problems though.

Thanks! The spare room (with the futon) is mountain laurel or something like that, the living/dining room is wheeling neutral, our bedroom is sherwood green. I forget the bathroom and the kitchen, sorry I will find out though!
