Some fun for Monday...

If you could have dinner with any famous person...(movie star, author, President) who would it be and why?

it's a long story, but i met a guy online from manchester england over 10 yrs ago, we were set to meet when he died. i didn't believe it at first - but his friends and family began sending me letters and emails saying he was a suicidal epileptic who drank too much and never took his meds. we had all these bands in common and he was so adorable and we'd chat on video chat on the computer and he even 'met' my friends and mom and brother. he wrote me a song and sang it, etc. i was so taken w/him. he was very depressed and did seem to drink a lot. one night he didn't call - he always called me at the same time. i never got to say good bye. we talked about finding him a web design job in nyc and one day living together, etc.

it was all so morbid as he was dead in his apt for 24 hours before his boss sent a friend to his home looking for him - friend found him on the floor near his bed. they had to wait for an autopsy and it was connected to a seizure. so freakish. i didn't even know he had eplipsy.

i know this all sounds very bad considering i'm about to get married- though i would like to have dinner w/him and just have the chance to see the guy that never was.

strange story, i know. my answer should have just been like 'frank sinatra,' 'heath ledger' or 'kurt cobain' or something ... ha ha.

I'm not sure..I'm not very star struck and famous people seem a little over-rated to me.

My pick might be....Katherine Hepburn....I loved all her movies!
