some good advice for booking RD
a friend of mine who works in the restaurant business gave me some advice on picking a place for RD bc i'm so nervous about a restaurant closing... first she said don't book it too far i advance there really isnt a need to do it 6 months before... secondly pick 5 places and call them late on a saturday aftrnoon and ask if he reservations available for that night(don't actually make one) then call at 730 8 and ask if there is a wait... pick the place that had no reservations available and has the longest wait bc it wont close in a few months!
