So the big catholic family is going to be in for a surprise when I tell them....
Im due June 2nd 2008.
So heres the problem. Still cant get myself to tell FH. And why? Because, Irish/ Italian familes that are really religious and the wedding? What do I do?
I didnt even realize. I was geting my 'friend' on and off the last two months and didnt suspect. Went for a check up and BOOM.
Im kind of a nervous wreck since this wasnt planned. NOT AT ALL. And being on the pill I didnt expect it....

Its funny. I am happy but with the moving and stuff makes everything just stressful. I dont know. I am thinking of eloping and then havign the real wedding after. Hopefully its a girl and she can walk down... I dont know now.. Thank you girls

But it's a HAPPY surprise! So congrats!!!!
It's not like you're some 12 year old who ran off and got pregnant...you're an adult and engaged...your families, I'm sure, will be thrilled (once the shock wears off).
For whatever reason, God decided that the time was right for you to get pregnant now. Embrace it for the blessing it is and ENJOY every moment of it!

This is great news...although unexpected it's a little baby! I would def. tell FH he might be so excited and then you will be too. You can't plan these kind of things and you can't worry about what everyone else is going to think. Hang in there everything will be fine and don't stress you have a little one in there that needs you to be relaxed. Once you tell everyone you will feel much better or have your FH break the news to his family.

Congratulations!! You should definitely talk to your FH and together discuss a game plan for telling your parents. You might really be surprised at their reaction. I think lots of parents this day and age realize that things like this happen and hopefully they will be just as excited as you. And they are your family and they will love you unconditionally no matter how they react to the news.

Congrats! If the family is upset about it at first im sure they will come around after the baby is born....i wasnt married, and i was 21 when i had my daughter with FH..my fathers family is religious italian/catholic..and they were all upset/disappointed...beggedddd me to have an abortion and i didnt, and they were so upset with me. but after they saw i was keeping it and going through with the pregnancy they came around, and started to get excited about her coming, and when she finally was born they all love her and now cant get enough of her. Families are always shocked at first if its an unexpected pregnancy, which is understandable, but im sure theyll come around after the shock.
