i feel way behind. should I be booking hair and makeup trials now??

I just majorly cut my hair so i am not looking to go for my trial till oct. when my hair grown out ugh I am sooo upset i cut it soooo short!

I agree. I feel behind but I also don't feel like booking certain vendors now. I'm anal and need the 'big picture' to plan (i.e. get my dress, see how it looks and then figure out hair and make up style). I'm so indecisive, i feel like if i book something now, i'll change my mind in a few months. I think once I get to my one year mark, I'll start putting my a55 in gear.

ditto... i want my hair to grow out more before i start doing hair trials...
makeup... i dont know im not a fan of makeup as it is... daily its never done. so when i get going on makeup trails, i dont want alot... and i dont feel its necessary to spend tons of $$ on makeup when personally for me just some eyemakeup will make me look dressed up!! lol (but i will get makeup done for the day)
imnot looking well TRYING ON dresses untill after the summer... hopefully my weight will cont to slowly go down... and i can keep it stable.
major vendors are being booked now: hall, music, Photo...
flowers.. ehhh... i dont know my colors yet...

I didnt think i would book hair and make up trials this soon...I thought i would do it maybe 2-3 months before the wedding but I see so many girls book from way ahead of time and these hair and make up artists book quickly. I am basically booking trials just to guarantee i get somebody i really want...I wanna see their work thats it...Not really looking to perfect the wedding look i am going for, that i can do closer to the wedding.
