Some People Are So Incredibly Touching...just had to share

As many of you know, my mom passed away five years ago. My dad's girlfriend - R - has been incredibly helpful and I honestly don't know what I would have done without her. I never expected to want her involved, but now that she is, I'm so happy.

Now....Saturday was my second dress fitting. R couldn't be there because she was visiting her daugher at camp. When they brought out my dress, there was a card attached it it. It was from R. It made me cry it was so touching. Here's what it said:

On such an important day, I could never forget one very important person - your mother. A piece of her dress is sewn within yours so she can be with you always.

Hang on tight to your memories and she'll always be there. Just know that I am always here for you, too. I'm sorry I can't be with you today.

I love you.

Amazing how people I expected nothing from have given so much respect and compassion.

I just had to share that...

That is the most amazing story I have EVER heard. I have tears in my eyes right now. You are lucky to have to mothers in your life that love you unconditionally.

Totally sitting here crying now...

that is awesome and it goes to show you how sometimes someon you would least expect does the best things...that was so sweet and I am sure something that you will never forget.
