some people do not deserve animals (rant)
ok, the people behind me have a dog, and I know it is their's, I have seen it in the backyard playing.
Today FH and I come home, and we listen to this dog, OUTSIDE IN THE 20 DEGREE WEATHER, howling and whimpering and crying. No one is doing anything. This goes on, and on, and I finally call the police to have someone investigate it, because NO LIVING CREATURE deserves to be sitting outside in the cold, when the ground is frozen, when it is obviously crying and begging to get in.
15 minutes AFTER they get called, OH LOOK, they suddenly decide to untie the dog from the shed door it was attached to and let it in the house.
Sorry, had to rant, some people do not deserve pets. I would say they wanted to take the dog in when they got home, but the timing was too coincidental.
