She had to answer a 'trivia' question on the big board, the question was 'will you marry me, nora?'

Way cute!

Awwwwwwww sweet!

When I was younger I always told my bf he better NOT propose at the Mets game (I worked for MLB, worked for the Mets during games & my life was baseball)

FH and I are huge Isles fans but I told him if he ever proposed to be at the coliseum I'd say no.

I know, Fh turned to me and said 'You would punch me in the face' and I said 'Yep. You're right!'

But if they're both big into hockey, it must be really cool.

I know some people think disney is lame, but for me it was a dream proposal!

I would've loved a Shea Stadium proposal. Apparently marriage proposals aren't allowed on the board anymore!

yeah, its on the website
ONLY birthdays and anniversaries.

We go to about 15-20 games a season, so it would've been very fitting...

I would have loved a Yankee Stadium proposal (I had season tickets as a kid and worked there form 1997 to 2000), but the only thing I WOULDN'T have liked was 56,000 people screaming 'DON'T DO IT!'. lol

I, too, wouldn't change my personal, surprise, dozens of flowers and balloons, romantic music, down on one knee proposal for anything either!

my fh and i are HUGEEEEEEEEEEEEE islanders fans.. but i still would never ever want it done at a sports stadium. to me its like 'oh will u marry me' and once you answer your still stuck there watching the game. after i get proposed to i wanna spend alone time with my fh and be all loving and just be in the moment.. know what i mean?

Aww, that's so sweet!!! I would've loved something like that, but FH and I are both into sports so it would make sense for us.

Lol, in fact I thought he was going to do it after one of our softball games. You know, bc of the 'diamond' and all! But I wouldn't change a thing about the actual proposal, it was wonderful!!
