Someone remind me...how do I Guesstimate O Days when AF ranges from 29-37 days?

someone posted it but I don't know where it is...

do i go by the shortest cycle or average them all out???

If I go by the shortest (29 days which waws my last cycle)....I should be O'ing between the 18-23 of this month!

approximately around the 15th-17th day

You should also watch for other changes your body goes through when you O - everyone is different, but some women get slight cramping, usually on one side, your skin might break out a little, you might be a little more emotional and not to be disgusting, but discharge will appear that's a different consistency.

This doesn't work out well since my cycles were 34 days, 37 days, then 29 days......

You could always use an ovulator predicter...... You should track ur period over the past couple of months and take the average. With that it is usually in the middle so for example if you have an average of 29 days then O would be around the 15th.

OK...so if I average out the last 3 months, it's 33 days (34, 37, 29 add and then divide by 3). That means I'd be O'ing around Day 16 (14 days before)

Yes..... I would use the ovulator predictor on those days to make sure. Good luck and lots of baby dust to you

Sorry if this is TMI but you need to notice if you are discharging. This is a clear sign of when you are ovulating. Also get the OPK kits they really pinpoint your exact high LH levels.
