Someone Spray-Painted my Truck!!!!!

I noticed it while I was at my Mom's house today.
Red spray-paint on my silver truck. It's not enormous, maybe 8 inches high, 6' wide (it's like a squiggle), but I'm really PISSED!

It must have either happened last night (I parked it on the street in front of my house, which I never do), but we live on a VERY quiet street, I'm talking SILENT, in a very safe neighborhood.
OR it could have happened at Roosevelt Field today (but I was only there for like 1 hour in broad daylight @ 11am!).
So, how do I get this crap off my car?
Any tips before I start my phone calls?

Insurance companys who are worth their names, don't raise rates for things like this. You have a deductible you'd owe first, but this wasn't your fault and this is exactly what insurance is for. They only frown on multiple occurrences, etc. I mean if you had this sort of thing happen all the time, you may see a rate increase.

Just like insurance won't go up if you need a new windshield.

That really stinks. I would figure the mall if your street's really quiet. I had an antennae-topper stolen at the mall once. Not as big a deal as yours, but people can be punks for no good reason. Hopefully you'll be able to get it removed!
