I feel the same exact way!!
I am getting my garter on e-bay - It's NFL Giants for my FH but they have a ton on there as well.
Also a bunch of the bridal sites sell them.

Exclusivelyweddings.com sells them, but I think you'd be better off buying them at David's Bridal or any bridal boutique.
Oh, FantasyLand in Patchogue sells them!!!
As for small projects, just gotta print the wedding programs, complete the OOT bags, get the tip envelopes taken care of, meet one last time with each vendor, or and make the petal cone holders.
