Our table vendor just sent me an invoice for the rentals for the wedding.
It is $2,200 MORE than FH and I thought it would cost.
It's for the tables, linens, flatware, china, stemware, and chairs.
How the heck am I going to pay for this wedding!!!

All I can tell you is that we planned on spending X amount of money and added 25% to cover things we probably missed.

You'll be fine...you have until September after all work out all of your money situations. For now you just borrow from one vendor fund to pay for another. I know how you feel though. Money problems blow.

Why did the price go up so much? Get another estimate so you can see if there is any wiggle room. You will be fine. If worse comes to worse, you can always open up a few envelopes at the wedding.

It will all work out don't worry! It seems as though everything for this wedding cost more than we thought it woulld. It's not worth getting yourself stressed out about. Try to enjoy planning and look foward to your day, the money will come, it always does. I feel the same way I'm counting the how many more paychecks I will be getting and how many weeks left until my wedding, and my calculations are way off!! But the way I look at it, we paid for most of the damage already, the rest will fall into place. We have bigger fish to fry.

well the first estimate was really just FH and I being stupid.
We thought the price was based PER TABLE but it turned out it was PER PERSON.
now we're paying $165 to rent 110 napkins! I'm debating on just BUYING the stupid napkins....it must be cheaper!

Ouch! Well, the good news is you have some time. I would absolutely look into purchasing napkins and also get a few other quotes... Good Luck!!
