Somerset limo?

HI! I was just wondering if anyone has used Somerset limo or heard anything about them. I just put a deposit with them becasue they offered a great price on an excursion. I'm a little nervous because I have heard many limo horror stories. I tried to cover all my bases with the contract as far as ensuring the exact vehicles we looked at but I'm still a bit nervous since I don't know anyone who has used them. Any advice would be appreciated!
