I am currently working on getting these items together!! I love this tradition!

Old? my engagement ring is my great grandmother's in the original setting. Also, I'm using a piece of my grandmother's dress to my a bouquet wrap.

New? My dress!

Borrowed? Working on either jewelry or headpiece being borrowed. This will be the toughy!

Blue? My shoes!

My friend just got married Saturday and I already asked her yesterday if I could borrow her veil! It was ..... think I should have waited? LOL...



(She said yes!)


As for the others... I think I want the blue to be my shoes (possibly http://www.zappos.com/pour-la-victoire-bridal-and-evening-cristella-2-ivory-satin ) , New I think is always the gown? And old... ?????? IDK yet..... Maybe will wear my great grandmother's wedding band...

Blue: Definitely rocking a blue pair of lacies from VS and probably the I do decals too

Something Old - I am getting a piece of lace from my mom, grandmother and nana and will be making a hankerchief (sp) for myself.

Something New - My dress & shoes

Something Borrowed - Not sure about this one yet :)

Something Blue - I'm going to pin a small blue ribbon on the inside of my dress.

As far as getting a sixpence for my shoe, I'll find one!
