What does everyone think about using Blue Shoes as my something blue? Any suggestions on what shade of blue? Is this tacky?!? I've been getting mixed reviews on this idea. Please help fellow brides to be!

I've heard of some people doing this. personally i picture something blue as a pretty light blue.

I think its a very cute idea. you are goin to get different opinons-but I think in todays world you can do it and its not considered 'tacky' unlike how it would have been years ago. I think any shade of blue would be nice, I would stick to the lighter shades of blue just so that they arent really dark compared to your dress.

i've seen a lot of girls on the board using blue shoes, i think its adorable. besides, blue shoes are a lot cuter than white ones.

I really love the idea and think the pictures will be so cute. I told my mother that I probably wasn't wearing white shoes and at first she was in shock. And then I said, Mom, have you ever really seen a great pair of white shoes?
And she agreed as long as i don't get too crazy, I think I'll find the dress first/

i think its cutee-- go for it-- light blue would be nicer but if you want dark blue and thats who you are go for it-- its your dxay fcukk what everyone else thinks

Im dying my shoes blue... So I think its an awesome idea!!! As far as shade goes.. Whatever shade you want! I dont think any shade will look tacky! Its cute! Im going for a bright in your face blue!
