i have a question....can something old and borrowed be the same???
my something old is hopefully going to be my moms veil (which was her great grandmothers) and was beautiful!! (as long as i find a dress to go with it) can that be my something borrowed also??
that is the only thing i know i am prob. going to use...
ideas for blue....undergarments, stitching on inside of dress, rhinestones on bottom of shoes, or a ring with a blue gemstone would be wonderful but expensive! i dont have one.
something new will be my dress.
what is everyone else doing??

i think they can be old and borrowed. i've heard of people doing that. and blue will probably be the garter or underwear. not so sure yet.

Dolce and Gabbana Light Blue perfume (not what I will be wearing but its a cute idea) Blue Garter Blue Underwear Blue Lipstick (Just kidding, lolol) blue b-que
Something old: Maybe an old hair clip An heirloom An old purse
Something new: new dress new shoes new jewelery new life together (cuteeeee)
something borrowed: heirloom piece of something passed down generation to generatin borrowed jewelry ( go into Henry Bendel and say can I borrow your jews for a day, ahhaha)

It doesn't have to be expensive. For my friends wedding she had:
Old: an antique silver compact ($60 at an antique store) New: Hankerchief w/her initial ($4 on Ebay) Borrowed/blue: my aquamarine earrings blue (also): garter w/a blue bow ($35 online... which FH later caught ) Sixpence for her shoe: 1912 sixpence (the year her family immigrated to the US - $10 on Ebay)

I am wearing my greatgrandmothers/mothers veil...I am so excited about this
so that is my somthing new
I am wearing blue shoes...somthign blue
and I dont have somthing borrowed yet :) I have to get on that!
