Something for the boredom...WHAT'S THE MOST EMBARASSING THING THAT HAPPENED TO YOU ON A DATE?

OMG, Karen that is so funny..lol. I am sorry to laugh, but I can totally relate, so I am entitled to laugh. I don't really have an embarrassing date story, but this happened my freshman year of highschool.....

I was obsessed with this boy, he was a Junior. Anyway, one weekend he had an open house party, so me and all my friends went. We walk in his house and him and his friends are downstairs, so we make out way down the stairs. I was the second one going down, my friend jill was in front of me. Well, I lost my footing and flew down the stairs on my a55. Thank god Jill was there to slow me down, I kept crashing into the back of her legs..lol. I wanted to die. My crush saw the entire thing and busted out laughing. I tried to play it off so I grabbed a beer and acted like it didn't happen. Meanwhile I got home and had 2 huge bruises on my butt!! I still crack up when I think about that....

The first summer we were dating, FH took me to a B&B out in Greenport for a weekend. Beautiful room - the woman took the time to tell us it was newly re-done with light, powder blue carpets and everything...we had to share a bathroom with another couple - it was right across from our room.

We go to dinner the first night at some famous seafood place (this was when I ate lobster)...we order a bottle of wine and 1 1/2 lbs of lobster each with fries and corn. We're almost done with the bottle when the waiter comes out and says they're out of 1 1/2 lb'ers so would we like the 2 or the 1 3/4? We went for the 2 lbs each and ordered another bottle of wine. The waiter comes back with the wine and says they only have 2 1/2 lb'ers left...so we order those.

Two bottles of wine, 2 1/2 lbs of lobster with fries and corn sit in my belly as we went to a local bar where I made friends with the nice local couple at the end of the bar while FH chats it up with a buddy from Oneonta that he hadn't seen in years. Four little bottles of wine later (for me...FH moved on to beer), we leave. We're walking back to the B&B and FH picks me some geraniums from a storefront - ROOT and all ...and we stumble into the B&B, careful to be quiet...anticipating a night of lovin'!

I wake up the next morning...with a headache like no other and FH is on the floor...trying to clean up the 2 1/2 lbs of lobster that I threw up all over the brand new light, powder blue carpet. But even worse...were the little orange foot prints all over the carpet, leading out in the hallway and into the shared bathroom. Oh, it was lovely. FH snuck out to get cleaning supplies and baggies - he was so sweet, cleaning up after me while I slept off the hangover.

The owner saw what happened in the room as FH was cleaning it - and trying to air it out...and was SO rude about it - she actually BANNED us from ever coming back there again!

It wasn't a date necessarily, but I was with my FH one day walking through Grand Central (we only had weekends to spend together for the first year or so while we were dating, he lived in the city) and I wasn't feeling well... I don't know what caused it but I started to feel really nauseus. Unfortunately I couldn't hold it in and had to run over to a trash can to toss my cookies.... the worst part is that I'm short, and the trash cans are kind of tall, so I had to jump up to make it in!!! I was totally embarrassed.... picture some girl on her tiptoes straining to puke into the trash can at Grand Central in broad daylight. Not a fun experience!!!

I'm glad my story was a fall-down story instead of a throw-up story....although I have one of those too, but not on a date.

Karen, I think we are living a double life!..lol

I have a throw up story too. That same boy I was obsessed with in highschool, the next year we were in the backseat of my friends car together on our way to a club and he threw up on me. Ok, now I am sick..lol

That same guy I fell down the stairs for, six years later became my EX-boyfriend (I broke up with him). Me and my best friend went out for a night at the bars to celebrate my freedom from him. When we got home late that night, he was sitting in front of my house in his car, waiting for me. Creepy, huh?

Well I was DRUNK off my a$$!! First time ever in my life! I was so drunk, I had the spins and I couldn't get out of my friend's car. My ex came up to us and started yelling at me because I was drunk. It was a mess. Anyway, he opened the car door to help me out, and I threw up on him! Not once, but a few times!! LOL! He deserved it! He actually had to carry me into the house, I couldn't even walk!

I was so sick the next day. I NEVER got that drunk again.

The most embarrassing thing was with my FH on our first 'real date'. I was ready to leave & realized I locked my house keys in my bedroom. I was soooooo pi$$ed and said 'I can't believe I did that' several times. I wanted to smack my daughter when she stood there & said 'I Do'. After I had to break the screen to get in the window my FH helped boost me up so I could climb into the window. UGH! SOOOOOOOOOO EMBARRASSING!!!!
