i think they do GORGEOUS work!!! a little on the pricey side. i think more NYC brides use them, but there are a couple of LIW brides who have used them--andri, thefourth and fernsgirl.

I'm using them for my wedding. My friend knows one of the couples featured on the website, i think they got married at the fountainhead. I saw their pictures and knew I wanted them. They were the first and only photographers we visited. They are alittle on the pricey side though but well worth the money..IMO.
Try looking them up on the knot. You might have more luck there.

o and just because they're not mentioned on the boards, doesnt mean they're not good. keep in mind that they are truly 'photojournalists' in the sense that take very few posed shots (the family pictures are probably the only posed shots) and they would probably be offended if you handed them a 'must take' list of candid shots. with that said, i think their work is among the best that i've seen--up there with willi wong.

I've seen pics from a few brides on here that used - their work is gorgeous. I wish I had known of them before I booked my photographer, but I guess it wasn't meant to be for me.

I'm using them for my wedding this October. I met with a bunch of 'the best' photographers and found that SIB's work blew the competition away. They are pricey - but you get what you pay for with them. I am more excited about my pictures from them than any other part of my day (well, except for the part where I marry my fiance )

what is their standard price? because i might wanna have them take my photographs. chateau la mer has a few photographers like duet and patken but i dont know how they are.
