Something instead of placecards?

I was thinking of somehow attaching the names and table numbers to one of our favors... Jordan Almonds in a Sage Green Organza Pouch...but a placecard would be too big to attach...any ideas for something smaller?

If you are using a ribbon to tie up the favor you can print out any size tag, put a punch hole into it and slip it on the ribbon before you tie it up
