I have been seeing all of these post of you girls crying getting emotional ect.... why is this not happening to me? Am I a weirdo???? I have like no emotion what so ever about this... well im excited and cant wait and everything just not like how I am reading some of you are.
maybe it hasn't truly hit me yet?

LOL you're not alone.. I haven't cried once during the wedding planning...well not happy tears that is.. tears of frustration is a whole other story. It's not that I'm not excited- it's just not what I do.

I never used to be an emotional person. was very tough and everything, but since getting engaged and starting the planning I am a wreck. I am nervous and unsure about everything. so better be just plain old excited, saves the craziness that goes inside ur head haha

I have not cried at all not even when i found THE dress!!! I was thinking the same thing you were as i read these posts!!! Im like wow im ice woman i havent cried abt any of this lol welllllll ive cried but only because things werent going my way with planning lol

I havent cried - but then again - there are still 8 months of procrastination left!! Wait until a month or so before - then the tears will flow, probably! For me at least.

This is what happened to me. I cry about EVERYthing now... and I'm not a crier. I didn't cry when we got engaged, I didn't cry when I got my dress.
Now? I cry all the time, but it could be the PMS talking!

I only cried once (happy) and that's when I went to church and heard all the music but that was it...I think I was PMSing too so I get a bit more emotional....other then that I'm not really into the emotional aspect of it.....I'm sure I'll be a blurbing idiot the day of though

i'm not a crier and i havent cried once... not even when we got engaged or when i got my dress or anything, i was excited and everything but didnt cry... i've cried tears of frustration though lol... i do get very teary now whenever i watch a show like platinum weddings or say yes to the dress etc so i think when the time gets closer, maybe a month or so before when it's really coming together that's when i might be a mess... so no, you're not weird

i don't cry at weddings either...when we are at TWOTY, my FH was watching some of the guests at the ceremony and saw a girl crying during the ceremony. He was completely baffled because TWOTY is sort of a 'fake' wedding between 2 people who already got married so what the heck was she crying for?? I don't get it either - I can understand parents getting emotional because their son/daughter is getting married but for other guests...uhm...no?

I do cry at weddings all the time and I prob would even at a 'fake wedding' Thats kind of my point I am usually strong but with love im a mush!
