In 2 weeks Saturday the 24th, I am supposed to go to a baby shower. It is for the woman who happened to set FH & I up. >>>>>>However this is her 4th child. She is re-married but this is her 2nd kid with her husband now.<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<< ~~~~~~So.....I think that it is the day of my SHOWER~~~~~~~~~ Do people have baby showers if it is NOT their first Baby??? I dropped hints past FH & my Mom but they are Not saying a word. I haven't checked to see if she is registered, but FH said that she is at Target. I guess, I'll have to wait and find out. If Not my Shower than maybe my Bachlorette Party then???

Yes, a friend of mine had a shower for each time she was pregnant -- she has 4 kids...
but it is very unusual!!!!

Aw don't ruin it for them!!! I know how hard people work to plan surprises. If you think you know keep it to yourself
But on the other hand if the kids are spread far apart, they'll have another shower. I told my friends for my nexy baby I want a sprinkle! But now it's six years since my last BABY! I want a full blown shower, so if you know my sister, let her know

Is Sat the 24th? That's funny b/c I was thinking my Shower may be that exact weekend too. No one said anything, but I just have a feeling so I'm keeping it to myself. THis weekend is my first fitting and FIL's are on vacation. Next weekend FIL's have a party and we're meeting with the florist. It's gotta be the 24th.

my mom had a baby shower when she had me (i was the first) didn't have one when mr brother was born and then had another when my sister was born (BUT I am 13 years older and my bro is 10 years older than our sister so maybe that is why)

It's very common that women have a baby shower for each kid. Its funny I have a baby shower for the 24th as well and I originally thought it was going to be my shower, but I am pretty sure its just the baby shower.

All the kids are only a couple of years apart. No mare than 5 years.
