Crush by Dave MAtthews Band was always our first choice but, the first song we ever danced to was Into the Mystic by Van Morrison. So it is a toss up between those two.
we never had 'a song' so, it was all open as to what we were going to dance to...my first choice, was 'My Best Friend' by Tim McGraw, because I'm all about lyrics being appropriate to YOUR relationship, not just general love songs...but, I had a list of songs that I loved, that I wanted at least played at the wedding, and FH looked at it, and asked what this one song was, it was 'Feels Like Home' by Chantal Kreviazuk, on the Dawson's Creek soundtrack! I didn't want to tell him that, but I played the song for him, and he said...'that's our wedding song...it's perfect...' I agreed, I just never thought he'd like it! the words are just perfect...and we both get a little teary when we listen to it now!
