Song Help

I hear this song all the time in stores. But, I don't know who sings it or the title. It is a woman who sings it. She sounds a little Kate Bush/Tori Amos like.

It goes like this:

You can say what you want
But, I won't change my mind
I feel the same about you

plugged thelyrics into google and they came up with:
Texas---Say What You Want

THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!! It's been driving me nuts!! I even heard it in Ireland. It one of those songs that seem to follow you everywhere!!!
