I'm looking for song ideas for the cake cutting and our entrance. I don't want that bride cuts the cake song. I'm looking for somehting that is more serios and not to silly. I'm also in search of a good entrance song....I don't want anything to loud...I'll save that for the Bridal party. I want something very different.....something that will make my guests say WOW....Any ideas?

Re: Song Ideas
We were thinking of some original stuff too (it looks like we are going the semi-traditional route anyway) but to the cake cutting we were going to play 'Isn't it romantic' or 'Fever' & for our entrance we were going to waltz in to 'a kiss to build a dream on' or 'Only You.'

You're Forgiven...... Only kidding, I think even if you are not a fan, her stuff is great for weddings And she has so many appropriate songs to choose from.

Re: Song Ideas
I'm a HUGE Duran Duran fan & I had to find a place for the DJ to play them so for the cake cutting we used 'Hungry Like The Wolf'
For our entrance our DJ played an Irish jig song

Re: Song Ideas
I LOVE that song I think it's either called Ice Cream or Chocolate by Sara McLaughlin- that would be so CUTE for the cake cutting-
It goes something like, 'Your love is better than chocolate, better than anything else that I've tried...'
I woulda loved to use it but I had a big band and it woulda sounded DORKY.
We entered to 'Love is a many splendid thing'... we didn't pick it, the band did it themselves & it was cute.
There is also Love & Marriage- Frank Sinatra- that would be cute.
