Song List- Suggestions needed
What songs are on your list?I don't know where to begin.
I have our
first dance-In My Life
Father Daughter- Gentle Annie
I have a condensed list of the songs they do. Did you go to their office to make selections or did they send you everything?

Re: Song List- Suggestions needed
One of the reasons we booked the band we did was because they refuse to play 'cheesy'(Our opinion of cheesy and thiers were the same so that worked out nice) music, ask your band or DJ about thier style and what they will and will not pay.

Have you looked at the words to 'In My Life?' It is a great song, but I think only a few people would be able to use it.My DH and mom used it for their song, but his dad passed away before he was born and they moved around a lot, so it was very fitting...It may fit you perfectly...but just want to give you the heads up...
There are places I remember
All my life, though some have changed
Some forever not for better
Some have gone and some remain
All these places had their moments
With lovers and friends
I still can recall
Some are dead and some are living
In my life I've loved them all
But of all these friends and lovers
there is no one compares with you
And these memories lose their meaning
When I think of love as something new
Though I know I'll never lose affection
For people and things that went before
I know I'll often stop and think about them
In my life I love you more
Though I know I'll never lose affection
For people and things that went before
I know I'll often stop and think about them
In my life I love you more
In my life I love you more

Grease
Paradise By the Dashboard Light

We told him to play anything but rap, reggae and techno.
