Song Recommendations for Specific Dance

Hi,

So some background on me, I grew up without my father in the picture. Not even inviting him to the wedding, he's so out of the picture kind of way. So for most of my life I've packed any sort of father figure. I also struggled with addiction at one point and am in a 12 step program that requires sponsorship, and well my sponsor has become a father figure to me. So much so I asked him to walk me down the aisle for my wedding, which he said yes to before I could even finish the question. Turns out he's begun to see me as his daughter in return. I asked if he would also share a dance with me on my wedding day and he said absolutely.
 
The issue I'm having is all the songs that come up in articles talk about father's being there from birth, and I'm struggling to find unconventional song options that are still meaningful of our relationship. He's the closest thing to a father I've ever had and I want to cover that but having something that's about watching your daughter grow up for the song isn't right for this occasion.
