Sorry to have to say this but:
'Everybody Run the Homecoming Queen's Got a Gun' By Julie Brown.

Debbie is the Homecoming Queen. That song was a lot funnier before it became reality....

Oh well.

Also when I was in college, one of the A Capella groups had a song where the background was the name of their president: 'Debbie Debbie Debbie, Debbie Vital.'

The other one is a song from the 60's (?) by Donovan called 'Jennifer Juniper': 'Jennifer Juniper lives upon a hill... Jennifer Juniper sitting very still.' It was in Election.
