soo i went to the grocery store

and bought Apple Cider Vinegar !!!!!

u girls motivated me to go and get it........ i just did my first tablespoon and it wasent bad at all !!!

I think its repulsive but I'm still trying it. Its supossed to help break down the fats in food so your body doesn't store it therefore helping you lose weight. You take a tablespoon before each meal diluted with some water so it doesn't burn your esophogus because its an acid.

YAY!!!

i do it right before my meal....

if u dont exceed the recommended amount, u will be fine!!!

and i dont dilute it at all...cuz then it takes longer to consume, which means u can taste it longer....

i take it like a shot off the tablespoon....down the hatch!!! then i chase w/water n its over with!!!

im pretty sure you can do this every day of ur life....just only up to 1 tablespoon before each meal...no more
