Ok...so all along I THOUGHT I knew what I wanted for my invitations...I don't after-all. My FH works at a print shop, so I have the oppertunity too look through this 5000 page book that has all samples of all invitatations and other stationary. There's about 25 that I LOVE... How did everyone else choose which one that they really liked..?!?!

It depends on what style you are looking for? I personally was looking for pocketfolds and wanted to incorporate my colors in them. After looking all over the place for reasonable prices I finally found somone on line that was recommened by a LIW bride. She did exactly what I was looking for.

Well..that's the issue for me...ususally I just go for someone that will have the best price and see if they can do it. Since FH works there... and he'll be doing them, we're getting them DIRT CHEAP...so no matter what I do, it'll be the same price... I like the ones that are pocketfold, then I like the ones that fold with a pattern...then I found some that don't fold at all! It's just soo hard to chooose! HAHA

I went through a TON of catalogs Plus I was trying to stay away from any invites that would end up costing extra for postage...of course the ones I ended up falling in love with are going to be more Oh well!

We looked at a couple of places and got a couple of cataloges from online invitation companies. We kept going back to the same invitation, so we ordered a sample of it online, liked what we saw and then we ordered them.

I was the complete opposite of you, I like elements about some, but hated most I saw.
So I just made my own from he elements I liked about others.
I actually made a few mock ups and asked friends and family to pick the final.
Get some opinions from people that know a little about your wedding.

The invitations were a difficult choice for me, I'm a graphic designer so i knew i wanted to design them myself, but just like if i was looking a pre-made invites I went thru about 20 different designs before i made the final design.

Thanks for all your help ladies! I guess it will just come to me once I see 'the one' lol. But, I want FH to like it to... Maybe I SHOULD just make it myself..?!? I just don't know if I have enough patience for it. We'll see. I still have time...but I'm just trying to get the ball rolling on as much as i can. I'm inpatient yet I'm running low on cash! HAHA. April is comin too fast! OY!
