I am taking mine at the Roslyn Duck Pond (Gerry park) on Main St. in Rosyln on Saturday, I saw quite a few of the girls photos, and it looks like such a great place.

It's right on main street in Roslyn. I heard it's great, a pond with ducks (I Think), a foot bridge, and a gazebo, and.... There's NO FEE.

there's a wildlife reserve on the south fork, i forget the name, but it has a beach too and it's breathtaking.

Do most couples get engagement pics right after engagement or when they've gotten wedding plans set up already? My fiance and I got engaged on V-day but haven't decided on any wedding details yet (other than probably May 2009) and haven't taken pics yet. Is this normal or am I behind schedule?? Thx!

ofcourse it is....i got engaged on May 29th 2007...and im just deciding to take pics now!!! im not going to do any crazy proffesional pics...my sis in law will do it for us!!!!!!!

I decided NOt to take pics. They were offered but didnt want them. But Long beach is the best place to take them. The beaches always look so beautiful
