sooo sick

other than vitamin C & sleep- anything else for a head cold/sinus infection??

what can I use to moisturize my nose? my skin is getting sooooo dry- I need a good FRAGRANCE FREE super moisturizer <- im totally serious, Im so miserable- my face hurts.. help

Eucerin or Lubriderm work really well to moisturize.

i don't think so. as long as they aren't scented you should be fine.

I either use vaseline or chapstick on my nose when it's dry from blowing it... Feel better!

If you are congested mucinex helps to decongest you and expel all the mucus....Sorry you are feeling crappy!

Also get some puffs pluss tissues that are coated with lotion so they don't keep ripping your nose....

let me just tell you MY SECRET,.... I only buy the puffs with VICKS in it.. omg it's like heaven. Thank goodness I stocked up this summer- I'm almost through my first box

I am going to try chapstick. Hope this works till I get home

I miss the regular puffs plus. DH bought the ones with Vicks. I guess its soothing when you're sick, but when you're well & just wanna blow your nose, Vicks makes you feel like you're sick

Either of the lotions mentioned will help.

My dad puts regular old vaseline on his nose when he's sick. I think that's icky, but it works for him!
