Soooo... I have a fractured nose!

It is a hairline fracture. The dr. said it will heal on its own and I will be fine, we don't have to do anything for it. I also have a slightly deviated septum but that could just be my normal nose and not from the head bang.

Yes it hurts!!! Only when I yawn or wipe my nose.
Nobody believed me because I didn't get the black eyes... but yes there is an actual fracture so for everyone who didn't believe me This is aimed at my coworkers.

I feel better already knowing that I don't need surgery... my aunt broke her nose recently in a similar way and got a deviated septum, and she had to have surgery to fix hers! I was so worried about that!

Now I just have to make my friend feel really guilty

oh no... I cannot believe it! At least it will not take any serious medical procedures to fix it.

you should make some sort of a fake splint for your nose and wear it to her house and explain that it needs to be on for 6 weeks, which means that you'll have to wear it for the wedding.....make her feel really badly about it!!!

At least it does not require surgery!!!!!
