I'm an Event Coordinator...I have my Bachelor in Business and my Associates in Horticulture(which is not the norm....it just worked out that way for me LOL!). If you can try to take some PR courses. The best thing to do is to look for any Event planning companies who have an opening. Even try a charity you are passionate about.... just get your foot in the door that way...even if its just on an apprentice level it will still give you some experience.
