Soooo is it just me???

Okay, so totally not a big deal... but I followed up with my limo company to verify that they mailed out my contract (since I had expected it last week) and tomorrow FH and I are (hopefully as long as our flight doesnt get cancelled) going to FL. So while I had the limo company on the phone I figured I would get a quote for a town car to the airport... and they gave me the regular price

I was like- oh there is no discount for 1 of your brides? & the only response I got was 'all trips to the airport are standard'

Now, I don't expect anything for free at all... but I dunno- they really couldn't shave off $10 or anything?

Like I said, I know it's not a big deal.... but this just didn't sit too well with me.

That is kinda crappy.. Like no money off at all? Like you said not even $10??!?!

I know right!!! & I felt stupid actually saying 'wait, you don't offer a discount if im using you for my wedding?!!'

The ironic thing is- I went with this company cause I just had a feeling about them, being family owned and everything... so I was really surprised by this!

it des sound strange-- we use a repeat company when we need town cars and things like that and i always get a discount!!!!

Im sorry girlie--but have the best time and be safe!!!

some vendors just have standard pricing - i wouldn't worry about it too much but that would annoy me too

that would irk me too...some vendors don't realize that $10 here and there makes a difference to us - we just want to think we're getting special treatment haha

Exactly! lol. It's def not a deal breaker or anything... but I think it is just good customer service to do something a little extra for your customer...

Nope, unless they are going to throw that in at some point- but there has been no mention of that so far.
