SOOOO, what do you think of my menu?

We basically finalized our menu today, with a few tweaks to come. Keep in mind its a kosher wedding so no pork or shellfish allowed!

Hors D'Oevure:
Meat carving station
another station
7 passed TBA still

First course:
Pumpkin ravioli with mushrooms, leeks and sage cream
followed by
ensalada mixta with lettuce, avocado, orange, white asparagus, olives and aged jerez vinagrette

Entrees:
Choice of
Chilean Sea Bass glazed with miso
or
Filet mignon bordelaise with pear and shitake slivers
or
Vegetable risotto

Dessert:
wedding cake with warm berry sauce, chocolate dipped strawberries and fresh fruit
candy table with cupcakes, truffles, cookies, etc.
