SOOOOOOOO UPSET!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My engagement dinner is in two weeks. The favors came and they are not what I paid for.
On top of that I've been calling DISCOUNT MUGS and since 2:26 pm and they've been giving me the run around. I am so UPSET RIGHT KNOW.
i'M GOING TO TRY AND PUT THE PICS ON. The top is what what I wanted AND THE BOTTOM IS WHAT THEY SENT ME. I JUST FEEL LIKE CRYING......

thats weird cause my cousin ordered mini photo albums and the despcription said each one comes individually wrapped in its own box. so she spent alot of money on them. so her mom called and said they came to the house so my cousin raced over there. it was one big box and they were all just thrown in there and not wrapped like they said they would be. from the shipping they looked dirty and beat up! my cousin got on the phone and argued with them they wanted her to send them back and for her to pay the shipping! my cousin said no way i will call the BBB on you guys and tell them that what you sent me was garbage. she told them she should not have to pay for there mistake and pay for somethin that looks like what my cousin called a garage sale item ! so she git the run around as well. and it eventually worked out for her. so dont lose hope ! it will work out for you too! dont stress cheer up!

tHANKS!! But we should not have to go through that. They are suppose to be professional, and if the customer is not pleased then they should fix their mistake. NOT COOL AT ALL.

im so sorry this happened...i was going to use them but now i def will not thanx for the heads up...hope they fix it and soon!!
