I never hit snooze. I grew up sharing a room with my sister and we learned that it is extremely irritating to listen to an alarm go off multiple times when you are the one who doesn't have to get up.

I had to train Patrick to do the same. When we first got married he would sometimes hit snooze 4 or 5 times, starting at 3:15am!

I don't hit snooze BUT my alarm clock has 2 alarms so the first one is set to *radio* for FH - and I sleep right through it. The second one is set to *buzzer* but I set it for 20 minutes before I need to get out of bed so I just shut the buzzer and listen to the radio (or just fall back to sleep, lol) for a few minutes before getting ready. FH usually has to drag (literaly) my lazy ass out of bed.

that would be so out of my character to do that.

I have the time ahead and the alarm set early so I can gradually wake up over an hour with that buzzing sound every 9 minutes

I hit snooze and it drives my DH crazy - he pops out of bed.

I want that nature alarm clock that has gradual light and soft nature sounds.....zzzzzz......

the light gets brighter and brighter and there are 'morning sounds'

I hit the snooze about 3 times before I get up. And its not because I'm tired really I just don't think its sane to get up at 4:30 am in the morning lol . My husband hates it though since he doesn't get up until 9 and it disturbs him.

I usually hit snooze at least 3 times before actually getting up. I then promose myself that I will go to bed earlier that night...which never happens.

I purposely set my alarm an hour earlier, wake up, reset it and go back to sleep.

It's a sickness, I know!

I feel WAY better when I get that 'extra' hour of sleep . . .

I am exactly tghe same my alarm is 20 minutes fast and i snooze sooo many times!! FH hates it!!

I set my alarm an hour before I have to get up too! Than I still proceed to hit the snooze button a few times! My sleep schedule is so messed up anyway because I work nights, so sometimes I sleep all day, and other times I sleep all night!

I never get right out of bed. I think I have a disorder or something I can never get to work on time. I think it is because I hate my job!! Either that or I just want to sleep because I went to bed too late
