your FH's ex's for the 1st time, are you ok with it?
Like I'm whatever about it, its all in HIS past for a reason, and I wasn't in the picture when that was going on you know. We do have an agreement: No matter where we are, we have to mention that the ex is present. And if the ex says hi, than an introduction is needed. It kinda clears the air b/w us rather than one of us find out later and than a huge fight occurs.
reason why I'm asking is b/c I just spoke to a gf about it and she was like, 'you wouldn't flip?'And I was like 'no why? I won. I got the ring. I really don't care..'

I've only met one ex of FH's ever. And I scared the pants off her. LOL! I didn't do anything, but it got around that I was pissed off by the fact that she was still sending FH love letters from her semester abroad after we had already begun dating. She still avoids me to this day.
ETA: But otherwise, no, I wouldn't flip.
And oh duh! His other ex was one of my best friends growing up! We still hung out after FH and I started dating (years after they broke up) so definitely no hard feelings there. LOL!

he doesnt have any ex's... there are girls that he hooked up with... and some of them actually happen to be my best friends... lol... but he never dated anyone else

I would meet any of them. One is stationed at Ft. Bragg in N.C. so that's out and the other.. whatever lol. I don't care. He saw my sister (twin) and ran the other way at Mirage one night.

one of his ex's is actually my uncles goddaughter, Ive hungout with her when we were very little but havent seen her since we were like 7 ish. The other I actually met before I met him (they were dating but took a break and she was having a bbq and I was with a friend of mine who wanted to go and I tagged along)....didnt know he was dating her though until me and him started dating (shes also bff with my step sister who I dont talk to)

funny, I actually met his ex before we started dating. . . . . when he was dating her, I ran into my FH at a bar and I knew him from HS and he was with his GF and I was with a BF at that time.
If I ran into one now I would not care - he loves me and we are getting married!!!

it wouldnt bother me at all- I actually want to meet his ex - fiance, I dont know why but I do. FH and I have run into my ex a few times and it doesnt seem to bother him at all either. After all we are together- There is a reason why he isnt with his ex's or me with mine

DH only has 2 ex-girlfriends and then the other girls he saw were just hookups. I was friends with one of his ex's when they were dating because DH & I were best friends at the time and I was dating his friend. After they broke up, I stayed in touch with his ex and we're still in touch to this day - we're not VERY close but we talk here and there. As for his other ex, it was his first love and although they were teenagers and only dated a few months, she really had a big impact on his life and I'd love to meet her. She helped him through the worst point in his life, when his mother died, and was a great friend to him after they broke up.

Well...in our case it is very different since there are kids involved. We have to deal with the ex's a lot! FH and his ex split up long before me and remained friends, which is very rare. Luckily I get along with her great. It's not like we have hung out with her or anything, but I have used her for legal stuff, she's a lawyer. It was only weird for a split second when we first met.

i've met THREE of them. two of them were adorable and wonderful to speak to. one is the most evil person ever. she even told me on our wedding day to take care of 'HER MIKEY' for her. i told her he's not a possession, let alone HERS.

I've met three of his ex's. One of them is really nice, one is really weird and the 3rd is a raging b!tch!! He's met one of my ex's and couldn't stand him.

I've only met one, which he dated a long time ago while he was in h.s. and college (he's 40 now). I love her, she's awesome. I actually put her on the wedding guest list before he did.
The one right before me, I haven't gotten to meet. I've seen her on FB but she's definitely no threat to me. I wouldn't care if I met her, although I get the feeling she's not over him (just by the way she acts on FB).

UGH it was sooooo awkward
but she's FH's son's mother, so i pretty much hadda meet her.....lol i was actually honored, as i was the FIRST person FH ever dated he introduced her to.

I have to see his ex since he has 2 children with her. It was uncomfortable at first b/c I didnt know her. Now I know her and avoid her as much as possible b/c the sight of her makes me a bit ill.

I really didnt care. I met FH's ex (who he has a daughter with) and I actually entertained her while FH was at work. so we hung out alone.
I was the one to call her and set the schedule for how and when we will pick them up and where we will go (they were visiting from another country)
the weirdest part was how NOT weird it was LOL
she was awesome, I really like her - and she did an amazing job raising their daughter.
as I see it, life isn't all black and white. who cares what happened before? we are here and we are happy now (there is a reason why she's an ex)
