I thought that shady guy was totally waiting for the entire family to get to the restaurant to whack them!! This is the most bizarre ending EVER!! Much worse than the Seinfeld finale let down!!

I figured they were waiting for everyone to get there and thats why they made such a big deal about Meadow parallel parking...
I kind of froze in a 'what the hell' pose when the credits began...
I am soooooooooooooooooooo mad!!!

Absolutely, that's what FH said Sopranos Movie in the works most likely with an ending like that for them!!


FH is now watching Star Wars At least we all know how that ends!

I'm not a regular Sopranos watcher so could any of you tell me if that guy who was in the diner was a character from other episodes?

We did too! We were cursing out Time Warner until we realized THAT was the end of the episode! What a joke!

that may be the WORST finale in tv history. i can't believe it.

why the fuuuuuuuuk did they waste all that time in the end with meadow parallel parking and shiiit? they really made us believe a hit was about to happen with the ppl in the restaurant.

i'm so disgusted right now

ETA: i just realized that we have invested TEN YEARS into this program. from the first episode until now--nearly 10 years has transpired and THAT is the ending they give us?!??!!??

us too!! it was so weird that it went all silent!! the ending credits are never without music!! I guess that was some weird symbolic ending?? since the last lyric was 'don't stop'......and that was it????

FH actually liked it!! But he never complains about an episode...he just LOVES the show. He admits he's 'easily satisfied' and he said it 'leaves you wanting more.' Um, but it's not like we're getting more so what's the friggin point? It's OVER!!

So they want us to speculate and continue to talk about the show days after the fact. So....what do you think happened? Do you think Meadow walked in right when Tony got whacked?

9 years down to that.... I have never been a Sopranos watcher and I feel bad for all you real fans!! That ******!!

BUT can anyone answer my question... was the shady guy in the diner a character from previous episodes? Just wondering

That's what I think too....definetely going to continue in a movie.
It was weird how they showed Meadow parallel parking...I thought she was gonna walk in the way of the gun shot..

A forum says that the black screen is because we were watching through Tony's eyes and he just got whacked, hence everything going black and quiet.
If that is the case, then it is pretty smart....
who knows!
