that sucked. Mike was like ya but tony b died. but honestly I thought it sucked. I think it would have been better if they ended it with the FBI running after him! What kind of a season finale was that?

I thought it was a good episode. I pretty much think this season was good, with the exception of the dream episode! I was so nervous and tense when Tony was running away!

...This is a show about the Mob not a show about some family fueds!
The 'Mob' doesn't kill people everyday. It's a lifestyle and the series deals with the battles they have to face, not just 'work' related. If there was a killing in every episode, it would be totally unrealistic.
don't take offense at this, but i think it is really funny that we all talk about the mob like we know how they do things!!! LOL!! maybe some out there really do know, but i for one don't!! HAHA

and I also liked the scene where syl and Tony were having their discussion and Paulie and Tony.... i think for a season Finale something big should have happened remember we have to wait like another 2 freaking years for another episode!

Tony had to kill his own cousin!! I thought that was a pretty big bang!
I felt this season definitely took a different approach. There was a lot more symbolism and they went deeper with the story lines.

I dont think anyone said we knew how the mob acted, we were talking about different aspects of television/(storyline) producing?
ok wait, someone did say something about the mob not killing people everyday...and I have think we all know that is true...

I wasn't thrilled with this season either. The season finale didn't really grab me...I'm not really left on the edge of my seat wondering what will happen next, etc.

What I think is really funny, this show reminds me of my family! My mom is exactly like Carmela and my brother is AJ. Especially today when she was nagging him to fill out the applications. And my mom has that same pink bathrobe too And being from an Italian family all the old Italian men in my family remind me of the guys in the show. The show seems real to me and that is one of the reasons I like it even when there are not that many killings. I think the one when Adrianna got whacked was one of the best episodes ever though.

Re: Sopranos s*cked!
I have to agree that it sucked....Last episode should have been the last one (with Adrienna)...that really would have made me turn in next season to see what'would ' happen with Tony B. and Johnny Sacs...
You thought they tied up loose ends? I don't!!!! What about Meadow and the 'fiance'? What about the Feds? What about Janice..where the hell has she been since she flipped on Tony at the table with the knife? What about the mole they don't know (birthday guy)? What about Uncle Jun?
Regardless the show has lost it's luster for me...Not sure if I'll watch next time...

I thought it was good.
Loose ends will never be tied up until they end the series.
I wonder what Johnny Sac is going to do in custody. Is one of the guys arrested going to start talking about the Jersey crew? Who is going to be the new boss?
Little Carmine is out...so will it be Tony?
I was glad to see Tony get back on track after talking with Junior, Sylvio & Paulie.

Re: Sopranos s*cked!
Well NY and Nj are seperate families so I don't think Tony can take over for Johnny..plus the way the lawyer stated it the entire crew went down... So why do you need a leader if there is no one to lead?

Re: Sopranos s*cked!
I thought it was an ok episode. Should have been more of a cliffhanger for a season finale. I think it was great that he killed Tony and it makes it very interesting that he made peace with Johnny and now the peace is lost because someone new will be in charge. I know the Feds took down a lot of people but I'm sure there are some left that will need a leader.
I'm not upset that they didn't tie up loose ends more. They don't have to wrap up everything for each season. I'm sure they'll do everything next season for the show's ending.

Re: Sopranos s*cked!
they have so many little stories going with the main story and I agree they never tie up loose ends. not that they should be solved in one episode but they have a story on and then they dont show it again for awhile. Like Meadows boyfriend and that whole show when he caught the big fat guy doing some nasty things in the truck. what ever happened to that??
I like the Sopranos, i thought it could have had more. They should have made the finale 2 hours and have added some of the other stories to it.

they always leave some storylines hanging, not just this season... and NEVER follow up on them! its so annoying.

I wonder if Johnny Sac is going to think that Toni ratted on him to the Feds...Cause they didnt come after him.
I love how Toni just ran and didnt say anything to johnny.

I totally disagree! Both my DH and myself thought this was a terrific episode! It left me wanting more!
I agree with Jenny on this one. We were all happy with this one, and can't wait for the next season to see what comes next.
Although at the rate that they show the seasons, it may not be until September 2005 until we get the new one!

I agree. I can't believe Tony's luck in not getting caught by the FBI. But then again, that's Tony's charm, that he is not #1, he's not as important to even the Feds as 'New York' Jonny Sac, Tony's not even listed in the indictments. I love how he has this very regular, neurotic life, with his son struggling to get into a decent college, his wife making chicken parm, his uncle with encroaching alzheimers. He's caught between being a nobody and being a general, and he can never quite fit in as either one.
