i suffered from anxiety, post 9-11 for about a year b/c i was at the WTC so it was too much for me to handle. i was on paxil for about 18 months in addition to weekly therapy

I suffer from anxiety. I have been trying to overcome it on my own and haven't had many bouts with it lately. It isnt wedding related so I am sure if I go through another panic attack I should probably go to the doctor.

I have anxiety from time to time, I can pretty much keep it under control myself so I never went on medication for it, but when its here..it really s*cks...

Is everything ok?
