Sorry ladies. But I am so mad. I been dealing wit hDavids Bridal in Carle place and it turns out they gave me the wrong slip. When I call I jus tget the run around story.

I had a problem with them too. They were supposed to call me when my dress came in. I gave them an extra month or so and then I called several times to ask where my dress was. They always blew me off because they said it was too busy, and said someone would call me back. Nobody ever did. Finally I walked in & learned that my dress was missing but that they would find it if I gave them a few days. The lady came through as promised and I have my dress. I'm getting my alterations done somewhere else to be on the safe side. My advice to you is to walk in so they have no choice but to help you.

I agree with jennbaby.. don't call them anymore.
Go into the store and take care of it.
If they give you the runaround you talk to a manager.
Don;t leave the store until they take care of it
