Sorry just have to ...

So many times I have heard negative things about Bridal Reflections on this site...I got my dress there,,,and my BM dresses....everytime I have gone there with my girls for various things ....fittings,to show them my dress, etc.. they have ALWAYS been so nice and accomodating.

Many times on this site I have heard bad reviews and am always expecting to be treated badly...yet again today I went recieved a kiss on the cheek from the manager of BM dresses and showed my BM my dress without any problem

I just felt I had to give credit where credit is due...the girls there have been sweet hearts and I feel the place gets a bad rep on here....just telling my experience! HTH

I totally agree with you. I bought my dress there and my BM's got all of their dresses there. All alterations were done there and I had such a great experience every single time. They have gone above and beyond for me every single time I have been there including the first time I went there I wanted to try on a dress and it was at the Massapequa store (I got mine at Carle Place) and do you know that they even had someone drive it over to me while I waited so I could try it on. I just think everyone has different experiences no matter where they go and no matter which vendor they use. I'm happy that you also had a great experience there

I have never been there,, but it is nice to hear that you are having a good experience. Sometimes its not just the vendor who is at fault for a problem.

I am very happy that you receive excellent service. I personally think they are the worst bridal shop. Unfortunately for every 1 positive, there are 10 negative. The shop is beautiful and is in an excellent location. I had no problem with the manager. She was actually very nice and helpful but they should send their employees to customer service training.

I got my BM's dresses at Bridal Reflections and I've never had a problem with them. They're great! My sister got her BM's dresses there and they were just as helpful to her as they were to me.
