I know i shouldn't get upset over something i have no control of, but the weather forecast is killing me! These next few days are going to be beautiful but friday, the weather is supposed to be terrible. I so badly want to take pictures outside at my parents house, our ceremony is supposed to be outside and all of our pictures too. The back up plan is ok, but definitely not the same. I can't help but be bummed cuz we spent so much money and its not going to be what i pictured at all. I know theres no use in being upset, but i just can't help it. Please pray for a miracle for the weather for friday!

You need to stay positive and turn it around if it does rain. Ive seen some beautiful pics taken in the rain with umbrellas! Youre gonna have to make it work if it does rain. Sorry this is stressing you out Ill be praying for NO RAIN for you.

Re: Sorry to be a downer, but i just can't help it
The forecast for my wedding day called for a NOREASTER with TORRENTIAL DOWNPOURS. No joke. I was SO depressed about it but then I said, what will be will be, nothing I can do about it.
Well, the day before my wedding the torrential downpours arrived - it was realllllllly bad. I almost couldn't see right in front of me as I drove to pickup my gown and to get my hair washed. At 4am on the day of my wedding it was still raining.
When I woke up again at 7am - NO RAIN. Seriously, I had a GORGEOUS day for my wedding. It was very windy, but blue skies, sun, etc.
You just never know - and even if it does rain, you will still have a truly wonderful day.
ETA: here's a pic showing the blue skies from my wedding - THINK POSITIVE!!!!!

I know! My mom has called all of my aunts and told them to pray (they are really religious and i feel they have a better chance of winning the lord over than i do ) I'm just hoping its not allll day.

Aww don't worry, they said it would rain for me too on my wedding day...But It rained later when we were all at the reception...Soo Hopefully it will hold off until night time...
Hang in there, you are marrying your dream man!!
xoxo
Same here I was married a day after on 9/15 and they said all awful things about the weather like rain most of the day with very bad windy conditions. i woke up to cloudy and mist and I was bummed but by picture time at 11AM it was bright sunshine for me. I am still wondering where the rain went 8 months later.
So don't fret about the weather and I would stop looking at the reports they will make you more upset. Your day will be beautiful rain or shine. You are marrying the love of your life.
